• For LinkedIn: any social activity data (e.g., likes, comments, shares) obtained through the Community Management API is stored only temporarily for the purpose of monitoring engagement and is deleted within 48 hours of collection, in compliance with LinkedIn's retention limits.
• For Meta (Facebook/Instagram): any data obtained is deleted in accordance with Meta's data retention policies.
• For TikTok and X (Twitter): we follow all applicable retention requirements.

Any user data we inadvertently receive is deleted immediately upon request or when no longer needed for the purpose for which it was obtained.
